Cancellation Policy

Once a ShopWalk Tour is booked by a client, the tour fee is due as a deposit. The deposit can be paid by check, money order or PayPal.

Tour Cancellation Policy

The deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation. However, it can be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled with at least four days notice prior to the initial scheduled tour date.
